Dan spent the last 20 years immersed in real estate — not just as an agent, but as an general contractor, business owner, and investor. He understands how properties work from the inside out. Before co-founding Harbor Realty Partners, Dan ran a design/build construction company for 14 years, specializing in custom remodels and residential land development. Whether you’re buying, selling, or evaluating land, he knows how to spot opportunities and avoid costly surprises — and as your real estate agent, Dan is there to guide you every step of the way.
Dan believes the best real estate experience is built on preparation, clear communication, and trust. As your agent, his job is to anticipate problems before they arise, keep you informed, and represent your interests with integrity and care.
Born and raised around Eld and Budd Inlet, Dan now lives near Boston Harbor with his wife, Meredith, and four nature-loving kids. Dan has coached high school tennis, explored every corner of Thurston County, and spent countless hours fishing, kayaking, and camping in the region he loves.
With two decades of experience in real estate investing, contractual and customer-service-focused property management, and financial analysis, Meredith brings strategic insight and personal care to every real estate transaction. A transformative element of her background involved managing a multi-million-dollar state contract for low-income housing. This role sharpened her expertise in contract compliance, negotiation, and thoughtful decision-making as well as expanded her understanding of and empathy for vulnerable members of our community.
Meredith is analytical and detail-oriented. She excels at creating strong contract terms, crafting compelling offers, and tracking market shifts to position her clients for success. Whether you're buying a primary residence or evaluating an investment property, as your real estate agent, Meredith will guide you with clarity, precision, and heart. People are drawn not only to Meredith’s knowledge, but to her natural love for people.
Outside of real estate, Meredith and Dan are busy raising four adventurous kids and love sharing the Pacific Northwest lifestyle — from skiing and kayaking to cooking, camping, and traveling the world. Meredith cherishes her daily spiritual practice of yoga, meditation, prayer, nature walking, or inspired reading and writing. She is committed to the work that expands her love and compassion for all life.

Over the past two decades, we’ve used real estate to build a life of freedom, purpose, and adventure. We’ve homeschooled our four kids, lived abroad in Mexico and Italy, raised dairy and beef cows, delivered piglets on our farm, grown our own organic produce, and spent the past few years with the freedom to choose how to spend our time each day. As our time freedom has expanded, we've been able to reflect more on our purpose and life mission. We view money as a reflection of life energy. We will continue to be mindful about how we spend and steward all of our money, including commissions earned from real estate transactions. Our current, primary financial effort is directed toward protecting sacred land and providing nature-based healing spaces.
We achieved financial freedom through strategic decision-making and a lot of sacrifice — including living in homes mid-remodel and even raising our four kids in a canvas wall tent through a rainy Pacific Northwest winter remodel. These choices weren’t always easy or comfortable, but they taught us important skills for success. We learned resilience, creativity, and approaching adversity as opportunity. Real estate made our lifestyle possible — and now, it’s our joy to help others use real estate to build the life they want, too.
